Refund policy

14 Day return policy:

The team at 7Artisan Street takes great care to maintain the quality of the merchandise. For any reason if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the product, we will gladly exchange or refund the merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Shipping fee is not refundable.

Processing:
All requests for return and exchange will be inspected and verified by our team before it is processed.
Returns will be process in approximately 2 weeks.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 2 days of processing date.
In the event 7Artisan Street makes an error with the order, exchange will be made with the same product line with no additional shipping charge upon return of the original item.

Exchange for a different product or new item(s) will be treated as a new order. Exchange has to be of the same or more value of the original purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE IS NO SHIPPING AT THESE EVENTS PLUS THERE IS NO RETURN AFTER THE SALE IS MADE
